Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

5–12 business days

Canada, UK, Australia:
7–14 business days

International Orders:
10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and shipping carrier delays.

From time to time, LuxifyRup may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
